  • The Scope: End-to-end orchestration of your entire residency itinerary (The Welcome Supper Club, the Main Celebration, and the Farewell brunch).

  • Spatial Design: Full "Modern Heritage" creative direction, textile sourcing, custom builds, and 3D floor plan layout design.

  • Operations: Elite vendor vetting, high-level structural logistics (tented estates, power grids, lighting architecture), guest travel matrices, and family office liaison.
