Our Financial Frame Work

To maintain an unyielding standard of touch, we limit our calendar to a highly selective number of commissions per season.

  • The Full Commission: Calculated as a flat a percentage of the overall weekend execution (typically 15% to 20%), depending entirely on the complexity, structural builds, and multi-day itinerary of the residency.

  • The Minimum Curation Baseline: While every quote is entirely bespoke, our full-scale private estate residencies are structurally engineered for weekend investments starting at $250,000
