Creating a wedding from the ground up requires vision, artistry, and experience. And let’s be honest—it’s also a significant investment. That’s why we approach every detail with intention and integrity, ensuring your celebration is not only exquisite, but meaningful at every turn.

At Wedding Story Art, we specialize in both tented and non-tented weddings—each one entirely tailored to our clients. The key distinction lies in the scope and scale of the design.
Tented weddings are full-scale productions, quite literally built from the ground up. From designing custom floor plans and ensuring infrastructure like power and water is in place, to bringing architectural renderings to life with a seasoned build team, every detail is thoughtfully orchestrated. These events require comprehensive planning, permitting, and precision. The essential foundational elements—tenting, flooring, lighting, and climate control—begin at a minimum investment of $100,000.
All tented and destination weddings are personally designed and produced by our Creative Director & Owner, ensuring a seamless fusion of artistry, logistics, and storytelling at the highest level.
Whether under a sailcloth tent on a private estate or inside a grand ballroom, every Wedding Story Art celebration is distinctive, deeply intentional, and executed with refined excellence.

The amount you invest in your wedding is a reflection of your priorities, style, and the kind of experience you want to create for your guests.

We guide our clients through these defining choices with intention—helping you shape what your wedding day could look like, and ensuring your investment aligns with your vision. Once those expectations are thoughtfully set, the design and production rise to meet them.
While each celebration is unique and influenced by many variables—such as location, guest count, floral design, production, and culinary direction—Wedding Story Art couples typically invest between $1,500 and $3,000 per guest to bring their event to life

To preserve the high-touch experience our clients deserve, Wedding Story Art accepts a limited number of weddings each year—
This intentional approach allows us to remain deeply involved in every detail, provide unparalleled creative direction, and ensure each celebration is as personal, polished, and unforgettable as the couple it honors.
Our fee is 20% of the overall wedding spend and is directly related to the scope of your event, tented or non-tented
